Our story began in early September 2002. We had both been working at the same building for four months. After some mingling from some ladies at our security front desk, our first date was arranged. Brent decided September 11th would be the perfect date because he'd always be able to remember it, and never get in trouble for forgetting when the first date was. Our first date at Olive Garden went great. We also went to the driving range and hit a bucket of balls. Since we're both big golfers this seemed like the perfect date. From there our relationship grew over the next 3 1/2 years.
We realized that we found our sole mates and that it was time to make it official. On June 7th Brent proposed, with the help of their two daughters, at the driving range at Remuda Golf Course. Where else? =)

Our wedding ceremony will be a simple affair with a handful of family members. It will take place in Farr West, Utah on August 9th at 6:00 p.m.

We are hoping all of our family and friends will join us in celebrating our marriage at an open house that will take place on August 25th at 6:00 p.m. It will take place at the Davis County Golf Course at 1074 Nichols Road in Fruit Heights. If coming from SLC or farther south, take I-15 north toward Ogden. Merge onto US-89 N via EXIT 324. Go three miles and turn left on Nicholls road. Follow another half mile until you come to the golf course. If coming from Northern Utah, get on US-89 S and turn right on Nicholls road and follow until you hit the golf course.

After our ceremony on August 9th, we will leave for three nights in Palm Springs, California on the afternoon of the tenth. As you can tell by the choices we made on our honeymoon registry we plan on eating, golfing, taking a few exciting tours, and just relaxing and enjoying each others company. As you can imagine, it will be about 115 degrees in Palm Springs, so our golfing will be very early and most of our time will be spent in the air conditioning or in the swimming pool.

We want to thank each and everyone of our family and friends. Without their love and support over the years our relationship would not have grown to what it has become.
Since we purchased a house in 2003 and pretty much have everything we need, we figured this honeymoon registry would be fun and would give people a way to share in the enjoyment of our honeymoon. Unfortunately you can't come with us. Unless you really want too, and then the more the merrier.
